Join us as we integrate Mindfulness into our lives to reduce stress through Self-Awareness and Meditation. Meditation can help us experience thoughts and emotions with greater balance and acceptance. Jo is a natural born healer that has been in the Wellness industry for over 7+ years. She’s excited to share her story and plant the seeds for our future generations.
